Decided to pick up the Ducky 2108SZ from MicroCenter today. The F2, F3, F6, F7, F10, and F12 keys were not being lit up. Got an exchange and the same thing occurred with the second keyboard. Am I missing something?
I thought it was bad luck getting the first bad keyboard, but the second one having the same exact keys off seems more than just a coincidence. If both are really defective, can anyone recommend a reliable alternative? This was my first mechanical keyboard, so I'm a bit disappointed these didn't work out.
